How is EGO TAXI different?

We designed our service around four pillars – safety, reliability, on-time performance, and customer experience. This focus has resulted in choices such as employing full-time undistractable drivers, providing silent travel, offering hi-fi audio systems, enabling live location tracking, and more.

What cars does EGO TAXI use?

Our green fleet currently comprises of only Maruti Suzuki Ertiga CNG vehicles. We’ll soon be expanding into electric and smaller vehicles to serve more customers.

Where will the driver be for an airport pickup?

Our driver will be waiting at arrivals with an EGO TAXI sign and assist you with your luggage as you make your way to the car in the parking bay.

What is the 100% refund policy?

We want to de-risk all our customers and earn their trust for the long term. So, if we’re ever late by 15 minutes or more in picking up a customer or in case the car suffers a breakdown (excluding a tire change) during a ride, we’ll refund 100% of the fare.
